What is holpapptry?
Holpapptry is an Amazon seller assistant application, help Amazon sellers streamline their product sourcing and listing, provide various reports to help sellers analyze Amazon market.
How does it work?
Holpapptry communicates with your Amazon seller account through Amazon’s SP-API . In addition, Amazon requires you to have a Professional Seller account to access their API. When you sign up and your trial begins we will synchronize ALL of your inventory and 60 days of past sales data to Holpapptry. This sync can take up to 24 hours. The first thing you should do once your inventory has completed the sync process is to add in your costs, supplier, and purchase date information. This is important because all of your financial reports.We automatically sync most of your Amazon data into Holpapptry.
Part 2: TROUBLESHOOTING
Do you share my information with Amazon?
When you list with us and take the steps to sync your product feeds with Amazon, we only send the information needed for the listing. We do not send your information such as buy cost, supplier, or purchased date.
How do I start a Chat?
If you need help, navigate to our Support Portal and click the Messenger icon at the bottom of the page.
Then, fill in the information required on the page and leave a message, our customer service will contact you within 24 hours.
Can I delete one of my shipments?
Due to Amazon policy, you are not allowed to delete any shipments in a shipping plan unless you delete them all.
What if I have duplicate shipments for the items in my batch?
If you get to the Proposed Shipping FBA Shipment page in a Private Batch notice you have duplicate shipments for the items, before you create any, you’ll need to close and restore the batch to correct the issue.
Are all products in an order shipped together?
Some of our products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability. Here are the products we may ship separately:

postcards and stickers
pillows with stuffing
posters
framed posters
canvas
bean bag cases
water bottles
notebooks

How can I track my order?
Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on your shipment’s location via our tracking page.
Or you can go to the Orders section of your Dashboard, open a fulfilled order, and click See tracking to follow orders using our tracking page.
When an order is out for delivery, updates on its status will depend on the carrier service. If you encounter any issues, you can contact us, and we’ll do our best to help you.
How are your products packaged for shipment?
Apparel
Apparel products are generally packaged in post-consumer recycled (PCR) polymer mailers. If there’s more than one product, after putting each item in its own separate transparent polymer bag, we then place them all together in a PCR polymer mailer.
Hats
Structured and unstructured hats are packaged in corrugated cardboard boxes. Beanies are packed in post-consumer recycled (PCR) polymer mailers just like other apparel items.
Accessories
In our in-house facilities, we use kraft mailers to pack phone cases. Sublimated products like socks are packaged in polymer mailers.
Home & living
Most sublimated items go in post-consumer recycled (PCR) polymer mailers. Mugs, water bottles, tumblers, and candles are packaged in cardboard boxes. To pack stickers, we use kraft envelopes or resealable plastic bags with stay-flat inserts, depending on the location. Similarly, we use kraft envelopes to package greeting cards and postcards.
Wall art
Canvases and framed posters also come in cardboard boxes ranging in dimensions from 12 × 18 × 2 to 28 × 38 × 6 in. Framed posters are first wrapped in tissue paper to protect them from scratches and then wrapped in a layer of adhesive bubble wrap or a foam pouch. Posters are shipped in triangular kraft boxes to ensure safe delivery and avoid using plastic caps. In several locations, we use stay-flat envelopes for posters in size 8 × 10 in.
